Two Custom Entry Decks Built to Last

For this project in Coward, SC, we were tasked with building two front-entry stair decks and one extended landing deck using premium pressure-treated lumber. All stairs were built straight-out from the entrances to match code and layout needs.

Scope of Work

• Constructed two 4-step decks and one 6-step deck, all with straight-forward entry
• Used pressure-treated wood for long-lasting durability and moisture protection
• Installed handrails on all stairs for code compliance and safety
• Set posts on proper footings for long-term support and settling resistance
• Included blocking, bracing, and code-correct stringers for solid structure
